EARN POINTS (YOU GROW) - Yes, that's it! Do what you love the most and earn Points for every purchase made on our website. We have created a very simple conversion; spend one Euro and you will earn one Point. You will also earn Points by recommending your friends, placing a review, etc.
USE POINTS (WE REWARD) - Once you have earned enough Points, things will get even better as you will be able already to use them to get discounts or even pay for an order.
Each tier has different perks, discounts, special promotions, products just for members, event raffles, be the first to know... and more.

How can I earn points?
At the moment there are two ways of earning points:
- Purchases on the website,
- Birthday gift
How can I use my points?
You can use the points to pay for an order or to get price reductions or purchase exclusive products for members.
Can I share my points with friends and family?
Only the account holder may accumulate and use benefits and points. Points may not be shared with anyone.
I have made a purchase, but my points are not credited. How long do I have to wait?
The points will be credited 15 days after your order has been shipped. Bear in mind that in case of returned, undelivered or refunded the points will be removed from the account. If you moved up a tier because of a returned, refunded, not delivered order your tier will be adjusted accordingly.
Is there any expiration date on my points?
Yes, the points will expire if you do not make a purchase within 2 years from the date of your last purchase.
Can I get credit for orders made in the past?
Points will not be awarded for purchases made before the launch of the program
Is there any expiration date on my membership level?
On your anniversary date each year if you have not reached the points required to be on the tier are have at that moment, your account will be downgraded one level.
Even though the number of points in your account changes when you redeem these points, your level will be determined by the number of points earned during this period.
How can I check my point balance?
You can check your balance accessing the “loyalty” tab in your RQS profile.
How many points do I need before I can use them?
You can start using your points anytime.
Can my membership be terminated?
Royal Queen Seeds reserves the right to cancel any member and the earned points for any reason, including but not limited to any failure to comply with the program Terms & Conditions and/or website Terms & Conditions.
Is there any limit of points that can be earned?
No, actually, we encourage you to earn as many points as possible to enjoy the benefits of the different membership levels.
How can I cancel my RQS Grower account?
